What are the dates of the cruise?  February 21-26 2026


What is the cruise itinerary? 5 nights Bahamas Cruise with ports Nassau and Bimini


Which cruise line and ship are we sailing on? Celebrity Summit


Will the cruise be exclusive to ICA members, or are other groups onboard too? The ICA will occupy 200 cabins/400 people. The ships capacity 3200.

Cruise Rates – Rates are per Cabin based on Double Occupancy. 

            I. Concierge Class Veranda - $2311.18: SOLD OUT!

          II. Veranda - $2201.18: AVAILABLE!

          III.Oceanview - $1741.18: AVAILABLE!

          IV. Prime Interior - $1541.18- SOLD OUT!

• Deposit Requirement at the time of booking: $300 per cabin. Deposit is Refundable.

• Final Payment due: November 12,2025

How much does the cruise cost per person (member and guest pricing)? This will depend upon your cabin choice. 


What is included in the price? Meals, entertainment, basic WIFI, alcohol package, taxes, gratuities and port fees


What is not included in the price? Excursions, souvenirs, gifts, upgrade on alcohol or food packages.


Is there a deposit required to reserve a spot? $300 deposit and $100 Registration fee for the ICA Voyage  


When are payments due? Immediately upon registering for the ICA Registration. Missy will provide direction on how payments will work with Celebrity.


Are payment plans available? No, for registration; Potentially for Celebrity!


Are there any group discounts or early bird rates?  Current pricing reflects an early bird discount.Early bird discount ends on October 15,2025.

How do I book my cabin? Once you register through this page you will be directed to Missy's Travel Page to fill out additional information. She will call you and book your cabin with you. 

Can I choose my cabin type or location on the ship? Yes


Can I bring a guest who is not an ICA member? Yes


Are children allowed on the cruise? Yes, however to book for families, please contact Missy.


Can I book through my own travel agent? No. Please contact Missy.
 

TRAVEL & LOGISTICS

Where does the cruise depart from? Fort Lauderdale FL
 

What’s the nearest airport to the port? FLL  Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood international airport
 

Are there recommended hotels for pre- or post-cruise stays? We have not made any arrangements for this.
 

Is transportation to/from the port included or available for booking? No
 

What time do we board and disembark the ship?

  • Boarding (Embarkation) Time

    • Boarding usually begins: around 11:00 AM

    • Last boarding call (all aboard): typically around 2:30–3:00 PM

    • Ship departs: around 4:00 PM

  • Disembarkation Time (End of Cruise)

    • Disembarkation begins: around 7:00 AM

    • Guests usually off the ship by: 9:00–9:30 AM

What documents are required to travel?  Passport and ID 

 

ONBOARD EXPERIENCE

What ICA programming will be included? Meetings, presentations, networking events and cocktail parties.We are working towards having training for Cinema Leaders on our days at sea. There will also be a reception. We are working on some other potential parties. We will you keep you updated!
 

Will there be free time to enjoy the cruise independently? Yes, ICA meetings will be held throughout the day on Sunday and Tuesday a half day.
 

Is there a dress code for ICA events or dinners? No
 

Will there be Wi-Fi or phone service onboard? WIFI Yes! Wifi included in the early Bird Special. Phone service will be available in port.
 

Will there be special group dinners or receptions? Saturday post boarding cocktail reception Wednesday or Thursday it’s a Wrap Cocktail Reception
 

Will dietary restrictions be accommodated? You will be able to make these requests with Missy as she assists you in booking your cabins and cruise!

WHY IS THE ICA DOING THIS? As we continue to empower independent movie theaters and owners, we believe that everyone can benefit from continuing education. As an educationally based event, decision makers and managers will gain critical thinking and strategic problem solving skills, networking opportunities with industry professionals, enhancing companies procedures, effective leadership and team management, seamless communication tools to name a few.

WHO IS INVITED? Any one in the cinema industry! this is curated training event designed for theater decision makers and their managers to participate in. Collaborating with industry professionals is essential in the growth of this industry. this unique adventure of being on a cruise ship will provide an unforgettable experience.

WHAT SHOULD YOU “WALK AWAY FROM” AFTER ATTENDING THIS EVENT? You will have the opportunity to: network with other industry professionals, receive invaluable information at presentations, grow and nourish your mind, an incredible swag bag and memories to last a lifetime.

WHAT IS REGISTRATION GOING TO BE LIKE? This is going to be on a cruise ship. The ship is only so big. Registration will open in the following order: 1. ICA members 2. vendor sponsors 3. non-ica members 4. non vendor sponsors. Your place is only confirmed with a confirmed payment. Payments are nonrefundable.

IF I DON'T REGISTER ON TIME, WHAT HAPPENS? Wait list will not be offered. One we are sold out, we are sold out. you might be able to get in if the ships general registration is open, however, it will not be at the discounted rate. It will be at the current ships reservation rate. ica cannot guarantee any registrations done out side of the block.
